American Pride Roofing warrants that all of the materials and facilities (including workmanship and/or equipment) will be absent of defects, and of agreed upon quality, and will operate properly for 10 years after installation.

Contractor will identify and provide to rightful owner any and all the guarantees, (including warranties and/or the operating instructions) of any parts, subcontractors, manufacturers, or suppliers identified as such in the project.

Within 10 days of 1st discovery of any possible defect, or the failure to function optimally, owner is to be notified and the owners his/her agents.  Contractor will have the initial opportunity to repair, replace, correct any of the items discovered to be ineffective and/or doesn’t function correctly, at no cost to owner, during an agreed period of time.

The American Pride Roofing warranty cannot cover any impairment to the roof caused by Gail force winds (40 mph), hurricane, tornado, impact or foreign objects or any dangerous storm or any resulting casualty, or damage to roof decks due to settlement, distortion, failure or cracking of the roof deck, walls or foundation of a building and to the building work that has been involved with an accident, the misuse or abuse, nor to construction builds that have been modified and/or possibly altered, the face and/or at repairs made or attempted by others.

There are no circumstances that the contractor will be accountable by worthiness of the warranty, for any issues to any person including the property whatsoever, or for a unique or indirect, (including secondary and/or consequential damages), of any nature, coming from the engagement or the inability to execute, defending the construction defect.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied.

Roofing Warranty Certificate

contractor warrants that all materials, facilities, workmanship, and equipment will the free of defects, and of specified quality, and will function properly or a. Of June years, from the date 1st written above.

Contractor will assign and deliver to owner all guarantees, warranties, and operating instructions of any subcontractors, manufacturers, or suppliers that are applicable to any portions of the work.

Within 10 days of 1st knowledge of any defect, or failure to function optimally, fine tractor is to be notified, and writing, of same by owner or his/her agents.  Contractor shall be given the 1st opportunity to probably repair, replace and/or correct any item found to be effective, or that fails to function properly, at no cost to over, within, a reasonable period of time.

This warranty does not cover damage to roofs caused by Cale/Gail force winds (40 mph), hurricane, tornado, impact or foreign objects or other violent storm or casualty, or damage to roof decks due to settlement, distortion, failure or cracking of the roof deck, walls or foundation of a building and to any construction work that has been subject to accident, misuse and abuse, nor to any construction work that has been modified, altered, the face and/or at repairs made or attempted by others.

Under no circumstances shall contractor be liable, by virtue of this warranty or otherwise, for damage to any person or property whatsoever, or for any special, indirect, secondary or consequential damages, of any nature, arising out of the use or inability to use because of the construction defect.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied.
